Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please refer to www.boldsun.in for Payments, Refund & Cancellation policy. Payments Policy Payment can be made to M/s Boldsun Marketing Pvt. Ltd. Payment Terms – 100 % advance. TDS to be deducted @ 2% under section code 194C. PAN and TAN certificate is required if any TDS is Deducted. Using an electronic payment method (credit card, debit card or net banking), you will be complete your payment using third party platform (Payu Payments Pvt. Ltd. or directed to your banks’ website). Your contract to purchase/services an item will not be complete until we receive your full electronic payments in advance.
Refund Policy:-
We will refund the money only in case we fail to provide service to our customers from our end post our internal investigation within 20 days. Applicant need to apply for the same via email at gopal.singh@boldsun.in. Refund will not be provided to the user, once it is services booked by the company on behalf of user and the time and energy invested by our manpower for their work done, which is not returnable. So basically, all the processing fees, payment gateway charges, admin fees, and cost of resources for the work done, will be deducted.
Cancellation Policy:-
